卢婷婷，上海交通大学国务与公共事务学院讲师。2010年赴英国留学，2016年获伦敦大学学院城市巴特莱特规划学院城市规划学博士，2017年进入上海交通大学bet365亚洲娱乐城公共经济与社会政策系任教。研究领域包城市规划、城市治理、住房政策等，特别是中国郊区化背景下门禁社区的发展机制、规划治理 。
