. As a scholar, consultant, educator, facilitator, and volunteer, Dr. Lu has over 15 years experiences cross cultures in government, profit & non-profit organizations. He attended the formulation works of “Charity Law”, “Measures for the Management of Activities of Non-profit Organizations Outside of

” as well as the regulations of the development policy and the draft for the social organization development in
China
. Now he continues working on the Philanthropy and charity development from East to West and North to south in

.His researches focus on social organization, social enterprise, leadership, young innovation and entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration development which all come from the organizational behavior and organizational development perspectives.
